At Motorsports Arsenal, we are committed to ensuring that your order is processed and delivered in a timely and efficient manner. Please review our shipping policy for important information regarding shipping, handling, and delivery of your products.
1. Shipping Methods and Rates
We offer various shipping methods depending on the size and weight of your order, as well as your location. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method you choose and the destination address.
Available shipping methods include, but are not limited to:
- Standard Shipping (delivery in 5-7 business days)
- Expedited Shipping (delivery in 2-3 business days)
- Overnight Shipping (next business day delivery)
Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on the delivery address.
2. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2-4 business days from the date the order is placed. Please note that some products may have a longer processing time due to special order status or manufacturer delays. You will be notified if there is any delay in processing your order as soon as possible.
Orders placed after 1pm Central Time or on weekends and holidays will be processed on the next business day.
3. Shipping Restrictions
Currently, we only offer shipping within the United States. We do not ship to international addresses at this time unless it is authorized prior to purchase by us. We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, military addresses (APO/FPO), or certain remote locations. If your order cannot be shipped due to any of these restrictions, we will contact you to discuss alternative solutions.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment. You can also check the status of your order by logging into your account on our website.
5. Damaged or Lost Shipments
While we take great care in packaging and shipping your products, issues may occasionally arise during transit. If your order arrives damaged, or if you suspect it has been lost, please contact us immediately at armorer@motorsportsarsenal.com . We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
6. Shipping Delays
Motorsports Arsenal is not responsible for shipping delays caused by weather, carrier issues, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. We recommend that you place your order in advance to account for potential delays, especially during peak seasons such as holidays.
7. Shipping Address Accuracy
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping information at the time of purchase. Motorsports Arsenal is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer and the Customer agrees to indemnify and hold us harmless (including but not limited to costs and reasonable attorney’s fees for any claims we are forced to defend) for any and all related issues. If an incorrect address is entered, please contact us immediately so we can attempt to correct it before the package is shipped.
8. Changes to the Shipping Policy
Motorsports Arsenal reserves the right to update, modify, or change this Shipping Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page and will take effect immediately upon posting. This shipping policy ensures clear communication with your customers about processing times, shipping methods, and responsibilities.
