Thank you for shopping with Motorsports Arsenal. We take great pride in the products we offer and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the nature of the products we sell, we have specific guidelines regarding returns.
No Returns, Except for Manufacturer Defects of Products which are not “digital” in nature.
All sales made through the Motorsports Arsenal website are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any products unless the item is found to be defective due to a manufacturer’s error and is not a “digital” product incapable of being returned in our sole discretion.
2. Manufacturer Defect Returns
If you receive a product that is defective due to a manufacturing error, you must notify us within 15 days from the date of delivery. You may be eligible for a replacement, repair, or refund for the defective product, at our sole and absolute discretion. Nothing herein shall cause you to be prohibited from contacting the origianl product manufacturer and requesting a replacement.
To initiate a return for a manufacturer defect:
- Contact our customer service team at armorer@motorsportsarsenal.com within 15 days of delivery.
- Provide your order number and a detailed description of the defect.
- Include photographs of the defective product (if applicable).
- Return the item in its original packaging, if possible, if we agree to the return process.
Once we receive the defective product and verify the issue, we will either replace the item, repair it, or offer a full refund to the original form of payment, depending on the circumstances and in any event in our sole and absolute discretion.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products, the following items are not eligible for return:
- Custom parts or modifications made to customer specifications.
- Products that have been installed or used in any way.
- Items that are no longer in original, unaltered condition, or have been damaged due to improper use or installation.
- Clearance or final sale items.
- “Digital” products – including but not limited to “calibration” or “tune” files.
- Return Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs on all approved returns. Motorsports Arsenal will not cover return shipping costs for defective items.
5. Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment, minus any applicable shipping fees, once the returned item has been inspected and the defect verified. PLEASE NOTE – A 15% RESTOKING FEE (MEANING 15% OF THE TOTAL ORDER – INCLUDING SHIPPING COSTS) APPLIES TO ANY AND ALL RETURNS THAT HAVE BEEN AUTHORIZED BY MIDWEST MOTORSPORTS ARSENAL, LLC.
6. Changes to the Return Policy
Motorsports Arsenal reserves the right to modify or update this Return Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
