Injection Pump Dual Feed Lines

Engineered for Bosch P-Pump inline injection pumps, this dual-feed assembly delivers equal, stable fuel supply to both M16x1.5 injection pump inlet ports with minimal turbulence or pressure drop. The dual feed kit pairs a PTFE hose with a nylon over-braid and stainless-steel braid for durability and chemical resistance. We cut each line to a specific length to reduce bending in the lines that can pinch or distort flow after installation. A precision-machined Y-style junction with a -10AN male inlet lets you connect a single feed from your lift pump or tank—no additional hardware or modifications required on the supply side.

Why a Y-style splitter beats a machined “bar”

• No dead-end cap/plug: Bar-style pieces are drilled and then capped, creating an alternate path where fuel can bypass the inlet and meet resistance/create fuel turbulance where it smashes into the bar plug. Our “Y-style” inlet divides flow smoothly and sends it directly into the pump through mandrel bends with no plugs or “T” paths.
• No “T” wall impact: A T-block forces fuel into a wall before it turns. The Y provides a gradual split for uninterrupted velocity and cleaner more stable pressure at both inlets.
• Measured for minimal bend: PTFE lines are cut to a specific length to minimize curvature, avoiding line collapse that robs volume, velocity, and pressure.

Construction & Features

• Hose: PTFE inner liner with nylon over-braid and stainless-steel external braid
• Main inlet: -10AN male on a CNC-machined Y-connector
• Pump adapters: -10AN to M16×1.5 inserts included (fits Bosch P-Pump inlets)
• Sealing: Copper washers not included (use new crush washers at installation)
• Routing: Line lengths selected to reduce bend radius and preserve flow

Compatibility

Works with Bosch P-Pump inline injection pumps (e.g., common P-pump applications: P3000, P7100, P8600). Customer will need to verify their pump inlet thread is M16×1.5.

Install notes

• Route lines with gentle curves; avoid tight bends and contact with heat/sharp edges.
• Use new copper crush washers at the pump inlets and torque per pump manufacturer spec.
• Prime and leak-check; verify stable supply pressure under load.
